Service Nature

Vendorlinedealer provides professional wardrobe consultation services. As these are service-based offerings rather than physical products, our return policy applies to service cancellations and refunds rather than product returns.

If we provide or recommend any physical products as part of our services, the return policy for those products is governed by the retailer's return policy, unless otherwise specified.

Return Period

Under EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish consumer legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For service contracts:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion to withdraw from the service contract
  • If you have expressly requested that we begin performance of the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you lose your right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed
  • If the service has been partially performed, you may be required to pay for the services already provided

For any physical products that may be provided, the 14-day return period applies from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within the applicable time period (14 days for distance contracts, or 48 hours for scheduled appointments)
  • Cancellation requests should be made in writing via email or through our contact form
  • The service must not have been fully performed, unless you explicitly requested early performance
  • For any physical products, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging if applicable
  • You must provide proof of purchase or booking confirmation

Shipping Costs for Returns

For service cancellations, there are no shipping costs as services are not physical goods.

If you need to return any physical products:

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear those costs or we failed to inform you that you must bear them
  • If the product is defective or not as described, we will bear the return shipping costs
  • You must use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment
  • Return shipping costs will be refunded along with the product price if the return is due to our error

Return Process

To cancel a service or return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at call-us@vendorlinedealer.world or phone at +34 669 397 663 to initiate the cancellation or return
  2. Provide your booking reference number, name, and reason for cancellation or return
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions and a return authorization number if applicable
  4. For physical products, package the items securely and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions
  5. Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within the timeframe specified below

We will process your cancellation or return request within 14 days of receiving your request or the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires
  • Services that have been customized to your specific requirements and cannot be resold
  • Appointments where you failed to attend without prior notice (no-shows)
  • Physical products that have been damaged due to misuse, wear, or damage caused by you
  • Personalized or made-to-measure items that cannot be resold
  • Perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly
  • Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons

In special circumstances such as emergencies or illness, we may make exceptions at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund
  • You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if done at least 48 hours in advance
  • For distance contracts (online bookings), you have 14 calendar days to cancel without penalty, unless the service has been fully performed with your consent

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our contact form. Verbal cancellations should be confirmed in writing.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing excellent wardrobe consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a follow-up session or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Package Refunds

For multi-session packages (Complete and Premium), refunds for unused sessions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you have completed some sessions but wish to cancel the remaining ones, we will refund the unused portion minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Refund Procedure

Once your cancellation or return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • We will initiate the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request or returned items
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank
  • The refund amount will be the full amount paid, minus any applicable cancellation fees or charges for services already performed
  • For package services, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us immediately with your booking reference number.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with:

  • EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in distance and off-premises contracts
  • Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users
  • Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE)
  • Additional Spanish and EU consumer protection regulations

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You always have the right to:

  • Withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days
  • Receive refunds for cancelled services in accordance with applicable law
  • Lodge complaints with consumer protection authorities
  • Seek legal recourse through the courts
