Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Vendorlinedealer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Services Description

Vendorlinedealer provides professional wardrobe consultation services, including style assessments, wardrobe organization, personal shopping assistance, color analysis, and seasonal updates. Our services are designed to help clients develop and maintain a personal style that reflects their personality and lifestyle.

Booking and Cancellation

Consultations must be booked in advance. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment for consultation services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process. All prices are in euros and are subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their style preferences, lifestyle, and wardrobe needs
• Arriving on time for scheduled consultations
• Ensuring their wardrobe is accessible for analysis and organization sessions
• Communicating any concerns or special requirements in advance

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect and professionalism
• Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our services without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Spanish consumer protection laws and EU regulations

Violation of these terms may result in termination of services and legal action where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Vendorlinedealer is not responsible for the ultimate purchasing decisions made by clients. We provide recommendations and guidance, but clients make their own choices regarding wardrobe purchases and styling decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific consultation service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third parties
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vendorlinedealer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services:

• First, please contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter amicably
• If direct resolution is not possible, we encourage mediation through a recognized mediation service
• As an EU consumer, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Albacete, Spain, or your local jurisdiction if you are an EU consumer

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with:

• The laws of Spain, including but not limited to the Spanish Civil Code and consumer protection legislation
• Applicable European Union regulations and directives, including consumer protection and digital services regulations
• Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE)
• EU and Spanish consumer protection laws, which provide additional rights that cannot be waived

Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albacete, Spain, except where EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
